Unlike traditional couple's therapy, which often addresses deeper emotional issues or past trauma, couple's coaching focuses on the present strengths and future goals, helping partners set goals and build skills to enhance their connection and achieve mutual success.​

Family coaching sessions are structured, solution-focused meetings designed to help families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and create a more harmonious and supportive home environment. A family coach works with the entire family or specific members to address challenges, set shared goals, and strengthen relationships. Unlike traditional family therapy, family coaching focuses on current dynamics and actionable strategies to foster growth and connection.​​

As a Board-Certified Coach and Certified Family Life Educator, I provide research-based guidance on personal, relational, and family topics of your choosing. I design structured sessions custom tailored to any audience whether professionals, parents, or families, using practical tools and interactive activities to enhance learning. By encouraging participation, offering support, and giving feedback, I create safe, engaging, solution-focused experiences. I also assess outcomes and provide follow-up resources to help participants reach their goals.

In a Consulting role, I assist non-profits, schools, and organizations to improve employee dynamics, well-being, and productivity. I perform both organization and individual needs assessments, set objectives, and design tailored workshops on communication, team building, program development, and work-life balance. Through training and coaching, I provide strategies for collaboration and success. I offer ongoing support, refine approaches, and develop sustainable programs that strengthen families, employees, and communities. ​​
